You may have heard in our general intersessions and in the bulletin article about OCIA (formerly known as RCIA) that we have three people going through the faith journey of becoming Catholic. They have begun the process and I thought it would be a good time for our faith family to recognize and pray for them.
Prayer is our connection to God. As we pray for ourselves, let us also pray for our catechumen and candidates. Pray that they may feel the love of God in their journeys. Pray that they meet Jesus in the Mass. Pray that the Holy Spirit will inflame their hearts to love their new faith.
Let us pray for them daily as they approach the Easter Vigil and the joy of full participation in the church!
