Faith and works are two interconnected elements within the Catholic view of spirituality and living out one’s beliefs. This includes participating in the sacraments, regularly praying, studying and meditating on Scripture, and seeking spiritual growth through the guidance of the Church. Additionally, Catholics are encouraged to engage in acts of service and charity, caring for the marginalized, promoting social justice, and working towards the common good.
By combining faith and works, Catholics aim to bring about the Kingdom of God on Earth. They understand that their faith is not solely a personal matter but has a transformative impact on society. Through their actions and witness, Catholics strive to be agents of positive change, promoting love, justice, and mercy in their families, communities, and the world at large.
